Company expecting more from employees, but if any employee full filled his/her traget, then Company is start to searching loopholes for minimizing the bonus and benefits, instead of couraging to him. They will not produced anything clarity on offer letter whatever they will produced in joining letter, means notice period, salary deduction rules etc. In case of salary deduction, they will give only basic salary against your PL leaves and they will deducted as per your complete months salary if some one is not completed his notice period .
