As I was appointed as a trainee for 3 months without any basic training about the company or it's products . In between these days I had no targets to achieve still I did my best to grow the sale of the product and even I got incentives from my first outlet I do not want to mention the name it's in kottayam Kerala. After 3 months Ireally had a bad experience from my team leader I don't want to mention his name here he personally told me that as I have no monthly target as a trainee so I give my whole sales what I did in between these months to my senior showroom sales executive so that SSExecutive achieve above his target and he(my team leader) willmake some arrangements of something's from him (my Senior Showroom Sales Executive). And at last that happened what I had feared after 3 months period I had lost my job which I got after a great effort because of the cunning mind of my team leader and his well wisher.
