Love to be in my company... Initially I went in as trainee.. But after I got much interested in my job and I took myself a incharge.. Owner encouraged me and posted me as a production incharge handling more than 30 people.. Used to do some late night works to reach what I planned for..

Planning, work allotment for All labours, complete design reading and I'll make the chart of production , I prefer to a quality product delivery.. I should not get compromise with the quality as suggested by the owner
