The work culture is very good, and there is a lot to learn. The staff is supportive, they focus on skills, and promotions are also good. They also take full care of convenience and safety for girls.

Dislikes

LANXESS does not hire for GET role and does not consider freshers. Don't make the apprentices permanent after the apprenticeship,i just have hope but So far, no positive response has been received."
