Nothing only stress and committee work.

Dislikes

They inbreed employees and do not treat people from other colleges well (in my department) Very poor research culture and a lot of politics within the department and management. Lots of committee works in ad hoc committees…numerous programmes and meetings to be attended without even giving a proper information about it. Not good fora career aspirant and ok for someone who is happy with 30- 40k (SF) and who can be a slave and cannot raise their opinion...Read More
