1. No job security(Management can terminate you at any time, may ask you to leave campus within 1 hour). 2. No yearly increment ( Management never know since when you are working with them. If you keep asking them many many times then they may give you 1000/- increment) 3. In hot summer season they ask you to go for campaigning. 4. No summer vacation salary. 5. Time table changes more frequently then months. 6. You will be hired for pgt they will give you 5th class to teach. 7. Very important is food. After all we work for food. Limited quantity of food is served for breakfast. If you tell this to management,then they will say when we ask you to work 1 hour extra you all are not agree. So you will get only this much. Mess Manager will stand near your head and see how much you are eating. Many times you will find khichadi and kafi in dinner in a week. 8. If you resign then they will ask you to complete 2 year or 3 year. Even after they accept your resignation and you serve notice period, don't trust them they will not pay you salary of that month. So better take salary of last month and left immediately. 9. Never submit your original documents. 10. They will promise many things at the time of appointment but they will not give any thing like PF. I personally experienced all these things. They will not disclose no summer vacation, PGT has to teach primary classes, food is provided in limited quantity as much students will get, no yearly increment, they can terminate you any time, but if you have to leave 3 months notice or two year bond. Vice chairman is the main culprit, he will promise you many thing in front of many people, but any time he refuses and deny I had not said. They have kept hard earned money of many teachers that why many teachers are leaving in between session. They are not ethical at all. If you have doubts message me. I am having all proofs with me.
