Hi I have worked in this company . I was not satisfied working in this company Then I leave this company. My point of view and I have experienced with Kotak. No any Expenses given to employee from company side. No salary Increment. Incentive slab is very bad. It’s very very bad for Kotak if employee is on exit mood company is not given incentive to employee.

Dislikes

No any Expenses, No salary Increment, Incentive slab is not good, incentive not credit to employee A/C if employee on exit mood. All are dislike about Kotak.
