It's worst company, while recruitment process they are selected on caste based. I never saw in private organisation not ask the caste of the candidates. I submit, any private organisation to assess the Technical/Professional capability of the candidates.

Dislikes

While recruitment process, in application form one column kept.... Caste & Religion. Is it really need what while recruitment the candidates in any position. Doesn't...
