Value of an employee is 0. Promotion and appraisal very bad. 0 planning. No one to take decision in proper department. Quality level had been dull day by day.

Dislikes

Nothing will feel like MNC culture here. Local management only. Each and every department is run by managing director only. He puts his nose in every thing even though he doesn't know anything about it. Everybody has to behave as his YES man to get good salary hike.
