The appraisals are done yearly

Dislikes

No work life balance. Too much dust and not good for health. Salary structure not proper, trainees having more salary than existing employees working from 5-6 years. Discrimination for people like only one work for new people with more salary and existing employees should do many tasks in less salary. In time is fix but out timeis horrible, if we complete work on specified time still they ask to stay for extra 2 hours. Company culture is really horrible...Read More
