Working culture is different no systematic, no career growth, salary is not constrain due to company accrue a loss in business for past 4 years. salary will be credited on after 20th of every month, layoff and percentage wise salary deduction will be there for every month. My personal suggestion joining at this time is not recommended.

No work life balances. we cannot spend time to family.
