Worst company ever, in any company last option is termination of employes but here it is the first option with any kind of small mistake with the employee and if he/she has said something which is not in company favours. They preferred hiring cost but not rethink about employees termination even if they are wrong. Very strict about timings like school. a 1 min delay will mark as half day and will cut your salary even if you are new and didn't know about it. Will not give you warning, Direct cut your salary I strongly advised people who are doing job there please immediately search new and if you are about to join doing join untill you don't have any other option....Read More
