One area for improvement at kanak Infosystems, as with many growing companies , is streamlining internal communication process. while the team is highly collaborative , more structured communication channels or tools could help ensure information flow more efficiently, especially as projects become more complex. additionally there cloud be further opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration to encourage knowledge sharing across different teams. these are relatively minor areas for enhancement in an otherwise great work environment....Read More
