Provides late salay after 25th of every months . Force employees to spend their own money in site. Steal PF from employees and does not provide PF salary slip. Making financial circumstances so that employee can not leave the company and also don't get the paid for long . Any time one month salary pending . Doesn't follow SOP and promises given in offer letter. Force employees to work below minimum wages. No team management. Worst behaviour by Kaushik Das as he Owns the company. Every ex Employee had hot recieved any PF till now . Ask to work without any training leading to false testing misusing NABL certification. Hires any 12th pass person and make them work on site by making fake experience in Mining field. Illegal activity....Read More
