The best part about of JMC is that, all the staff of their respective departments do their work in co-ordination with others, manager's helps to their subordinator to learn new things , talking about job security ,JMC provide a good assurance to the employee. I have to maintain all the machineries which was used in construction field like Backhoeloader, excavator,pilling rig, etc. Also i have to send some system based reports to our Head office.
