Likes

They are cutting salaries and asking for work detail by hours. If you spent 6 hrs in a particular work they will assume it to 3 hrs and will pay u for 3 hrs means 50% for that day.

Dislikes

Whenever there is a situation when business is not coming then they will start asking the employees about their work and other things. They will assume that everyone is getting salary for free. No one deserves the salary because there is no business.

Work Details

I have responsibilities of Forging and sheetmetal forming analysis software. I have to provide technical customer support.
