Allot of pressure for work complition in given time lines. Without disturbance to operational hotel's projects complition is very challenging. Your duty have only 9 Hrs & 5 days a week, but how can possible work completed without your absence. If you worked on holidays, you don't hope for comp off, because there are no rule. Your have don't think to any body help you about choice of work. You fully responsible to you given projects. You plan, excute, following up with office staffs, vendors, consultants & contractors also, no any body support you as per your requirement.
