Jaypee Residency Manor at Mussoorie is very beautiful & nice property where I joined with a pleasure and pride, it has a great location but beside all it has a highly toxic atmosphere created by A K Sharma who is V P - Ops there. He is a true rogue who has ruined the property and work culture along with another fellow R K Kala who heads finance there. There is no specific systematic work culture and they both drive it as per their own personal assumptions along with their pet Chamchas like Chef Tarun Nayar and 2-3 more. All together they all have sent it to dogs. At that property for last many years hardly some Chief Engineer survived for more than a year. It is purely functioning like true Lala Company or a Local lower cheap brand hotel, though they want results as per International standards while they treat employees like filth. In one line I must say that it is the worst work place with such toxic culture one would have ever worked as like me. But surprisingly no action is taken against them by Top Management as it is at far location from HO at Delhi and whatever is fed by them to HO becomes an engrave on a stone, also the advantage for them is that , that none from the Top Management visits from HO to see what wrong is going on there. Poor employees don't raise voice against them and same is bliss for these non professional guys there. Sad part is that the Top Management is blind folded by them so neither it can't be changed or improve nor one bothers to speak out against them after one leaves from there. People are not bothered about what wrong is going on with others as long as it happens with them. O' God, save honest and straight forward employees from the clutches of such cruel idiots present in the hospitality industry. Highly Toxic atmosphere and a Lala Chhaap company's work culture. Beside giving more than required people get peanuts. Exploitation of employees is at extreme.
