I am looking for a change right now. Salary has been deducted and no increment is there.

There is no training and all you have to do with your knowledge and sources, they only want the work to be completed on time without providing any support.

No one train you, you learn from your own mistakes, The worst thing is annual increment percentage is same for all employees (performance doesn't matter). No special facility available.

Dislikes

Work division is not good. Work only given to those employees who work hard and take responsibility. but the annual increment is same for all.

Stock management, voucher entry, work planning, reconciliation, auditing, debtors follow-up, creditors payment, eway bills, purchase order follow-up
