Basically nothing.

Dislikes

If you are present, you get paid. No employee benefits, no leaves of any sort. Toxic environment, poor management, ill treatment of employees, 10 hours of work is not enough for the "Boss", everyday humiliation. Depressing work place, no mental peace.
