people here just look for their benefits, instead of supporting you. to start from the owner/MD- he is insulting and uses abusive language to staff and if you ever require his support he will mainly focus on his benefit, instead of the situation. then there is a person named Madhusudan, he is the one who will connect with you make you work and once the work is done he takes all the credit in the eyes of MD and make your image as unworthy to be there, well that a different case that he is the one hires everyone but still this only happens. even if it is a small organization, the politics level here is different. everyone will be sweet in front of you and then backbiting... and if you want to leave the organization...never tell anyone and never think of giving a proper resignation and serving the notice period. you will be treated as a slave for the whole notice period and then you will not even receive your salary at the end. I WOULD ADVICE TO NOT JOIN HERE...OR ELSE YOU WILL ALSO BECOME SAME BECAUSE the impact of the influence of people here will be a very bad experience for you....Read More

The owner wants candidate to do everything i.e from sales to major& minor operations of company and side by side also do the job for which you are hired for in the salary which is equivalent to peon. The owner want employees to work minimum of 12 hours a day & all 7 days of week. If required...owner can also assign you to do jobs like truck driving, material loading and unloading etc.
