Everything They cut you salary of 1 day if you have come late for 1 hour but can't give comp off if you are working overtime but will want you to do overtime more.

The department which should solve the issues of employees is the most useless department here. HR here has one job throughout the day, write reviews on glassdoor and ambitionbox. Have a look at the 5star reviews are you can be your own judge if they mean anything. Other than that HR checks which employee is out for more than 1 hour so that they can deduct their salary directly from the payroll

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about this pan dukan. Working here is much worse than being jobless. Ask any ex folks to know the picture. Pathetic place, absolute torture and workplace harassment without pay and relieving letter.
