strict timings. It would even better if Saturday is off for maintaining a work-life balance.

1. Toxic culture 2. Not transparent even with the manager level 3. Candidates are selected with other qualifications and don't give time to learn about their job 4. HR is not for the employees, after onboarding, they don't listen or care the employee. 5. Employees don't get their salary and fnf 6. Day by day resignation happens 7.No appreciation for the employees 8. Main head goal is not working together, love to see department finding each other mistakes and fight for it. 9. They have more expenses moreover they don't stop to open new branch. 10 Expenses they reduce is in stationary items. 11. After completing probation period, they delay the employees confirmation. 12. Employee engagement is not their part. 13. Because of not having proper strategy and departments the clients are losing their money....Read More
