Honestly, there was nothing good in the company that could be written here.

Dislikes

My time at this company was marked by a series of disappointments. The work culture was undeniably toxic, creating an environment of constant tension and minimal camaraderie among colleagues. Poor management exacerbated these issues, as it felt like our concerns fell on deaf ears. On top of this, late salary disbursements added financial stress to the mix. Manager displayed striking level of ego, making open communication a challenge. Additionally, the strict work hours and no flexibility hindered any semblance of work life balance. Altogether, my experience at Intozi was far from positive and I would caution others considering employment there....Read More
