Everything is good except working time. As working time is 8 hour 6 days in a week.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Timing for working as a teacher is 8 hour per day.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit at the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I was there appointed as Head examiner and deputy superintendent of UGC NET exam and AIEEE.
