If I honestly review this organisation, there is nothing I liked here

Dislikes

Everything too much office politics is there , people are not able to showcase their skills they don't get enviornment and platform the only thing which survives here is office politics nothing else

As we are in Initial phase of Project, There is work load but company has long vision . After few month it's more balanced. Appraisal is around 12-15%
