Good work culture and environment. Organization policy is good. They give salary hike not every year but from time to time. Being an assistant, have to resolve the employees related issues in a timely manner.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow.

Job is interesting. It gave me a lot of things to learn and apply it while working there. Seniors are supportive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
