The only thing I liked here was connecting with some good colleagues.

Dislikes

The company suffers from poor management and has a biased HR team, creating a toxic work environment. Incompetent managers delegate their tasks to employees while avoiding responsibilities. Employees suffer from mental harassment with no support from leaders. Salaries are below industry standards, and promised benefits like travel allowances, and accommodations are denied to new hires. There is no work life balance with 12-14 hours work almost everyday, (sometimes during weekends and public holidays as well). Employees must adjust to managers' schedule, regardless of personal time. The workplace lacks professionalism, with management showing no decency or respect towards them. The management conducts sudden lay offs without prior notice forcing employees to resign effective immediately. This deceptive strategy leaves employees without any job security or proper justification for their dismissal. This fraudulent practice jeopardizes the career of thousands, exposing the companies unethical treatment of its workforce....Read More

Good organisation for beginners

Dislikes

There are several downsides- 1. The salary of month is credited on 5th of next month. A lot of times it gets delayed. 2. It has a toxic work environment, where VPs and managers put pressure on analysts and associates. 3. Many people are given option to either reduce salary or leave the company. 4. The client managers have no manners. They literally abuse research team if something doesn't go according to their mind. 5. People are expected to work over weekends....Read More
