The company is a private limited but no culture is felt right, North Indian and South Indian feeling is very much there, Designated staff and technical staff such as forman, technician, operator all are allowed to live together if you speak Hindi. HR considers himself the owner of the company and how much bread to eat, HR will also decide.

South Indian and North Indian feeling. South Indian employee has good accommodation and North Indian employee has no accommodation . North Indian employee is staying with operator and technicians but south Indian employee is staying with management employee. Salary is too let.
