1. Canteen food as Indian at PHC is good. 2. Medical facilities are ok 3. Support from TD available 4. Employee caring during COVID very well 5. Salary and benefits good

1. Micro management by directors level 2. No control and corrective actions on HODs if they playing with their peers carrier 3. No fair appraisal and performance management 4. Favoritism of some of regional employees I.e. Bengalis, South Indians etc. no opportunity to other regions. 5. Only few top positions officer are the drivingpeople whatever they decide it is final 6. The job is quit interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to work with best team.
