Understaffed and overworked teams so no work-life balance and long working hours. Work pressure is constant and relentless and has only gotten worse over the years. Incompetent senior management is mostly limited to the CEO. He has built a highly disorganised, ad-hoc, last minute and grossly mismanaged team structures across departments. Professionalism as a quality is deeply appreciated and invites hostility since it gets in the way of feelings, random ideas and thoughts. Strategy is a poisonous word and very anti-company culture. Due to the above, the company has lost some incredible talent and retained people who can manage this highly mis-managed CEO driven organisation Salary delays are common and you cannot manage or plan your or your family's financial future with such delayed salaries. If your work requires direct interaction with vendors and third parties, dealing with extremely delayed payments will increase your workload.
