Job insecurity: Psychologically ill company. After their founder demise they have completely lost direction. They fire people with no logic or generally leaders get threatened by well performing people. They unexpectedly close office, department or shift them abruptly without thinking of giving any alternative to employees. They don't even compensate for it and if someone voice out, he/she will get fired. Zero competence build up: They can hire a receptionist for product development with any logics like acedemics or experience. This they might do purposely as these people are dumb enough to leak out company wrong practices. No values: there are many case study that reflect their wrong ways of tax saving.
