The leadership and the entire team is very supportive of each other. They make it very comfortable for the associates to settle down - be it a new hire or an associate moving between projects. The Leadership provides absolute clarity on the Organization's goals and objectives, and how it wants to achieve including how the teams willbe enabled to achieve those goals. Sometimes beauracracy kicks in at wrong times slowing things down and the entire momentum losing steam! But then this is known and steps are taken to correct and move forward
