The company did not provide me a relieving letter when I was relieved. Background - I was terminated in January 2024 on the grounds of not reporting to work on time. The then HR Manager of Bhubaneswar office, Mr. RANU NAYAK gave a word to provide a relieving letter after the assets were returned but, as soon as I stepped out of themain gate they deceived.
