The company was very good earlier as the company pay salaries on time..with good working condition.
This is the worst company.The management is not efficient no attention is paid on employees problems.Salaries are not paid for about a year..People are starving no food facility,no electricity,no water,no iqama.. Employees are living the life of jailers they cannot go out cannot buy anything..Lot of poor people are suffering,they are cursing the company..And recently the company offered to transfer people and will pay 2 mnths salary and renewal of iqama for 4 mnths..the transfer will be done in the kings palace between the sea where noone can even use phone..and after these 2 salaries no guarantee for paying further salaries.Even the govt. Of Saudia is not taking action against the company.People from different countries cannot go back to their homes due to lack of money and iqama.But the god as the record of everything and karma works the company will suffer seviourly....Read More

As a hard worker you are always welcome with production. In charge of projects and management is not that much expert in their jobs but always show their abilities as an expert but it is not. The team mates are very much cooperative but who is near to authorities and management works as reporters. which has to be traced out during our working and always alert from them. when I was working there was no problem for the salary payment has to be confirmed now a days. The teammates are cooperative but again we must be careful from the reporters and dearest ones to the project management. If you introduces any new technology they always appreciated but the procurement will do the deals with the traders, due to which some times we are not able to have the specified machines or good competitive instruments etc for the good production of the job. The project management and the top management are not encourage the project staff. the good doings and profits will be carried by the project management to the top management. The top management doesn't would not encourage to have the department in charge. They themselves wants to be in charge and to control the project staff due to which there will be no good production of the job. I was the person who has introduced many activities for the sake of very good production and monetary wise great profit but the management never introduced the department. With this problem there is no inventory of tools and instruments centralised. The users of the tools and instrument at project side hiding the instruments by keeping them idle as they are not able to handle as the tools and instrument was ordered by the projects....Read More
