Well some of my team mates are very cultured and well organized and are wizards in what they knew, so am able to learn a lot from handful of them. The training is seasonal and not really frequent, but i can say its on an average noting spectacular about it. Career growth is not visible especially if its an aspect of career lather, its politics: some way you're pegged to a fixed position and the Chinese keeps moving. On appraisal you mostly get what you performed. Dislikes

Some team mates are hypocrites, they do feeds Chinese and Huawei management with false information just to stay relevant and to remain with the company. Job security in Huawei is zero, nothing is guarantee as regards to Job security: as guys are laid off frequently without any sensible excuses. Politic is the order of the day, Chinese people play our Co Nigeria colleagues fervently, in terms of incentives and career upgrade. And sadly we do not ahve a say. Work life in Huawei is heinous, is an advance slavery, they don't talk about staff welfare all they ever care about is how more work will be channeled to you without bothering about increasing your salary....Read More

My work in Huawei in one word is a terrible experience: It's full of regret, chaos and heartbreaking. I gave in everything and i got nothing at the end of the day. Work is notwithstanding challenging as they argument work daily.I have my facts on this.
