Timely salary compensation and flexible timings.

Dislikes

New joiners are given dead or missed clients to work on and hence they are unable to complete their targets which leads of extension of their probations. Senior management team doesn’t do anything about it. If you are old in the organisation then only u can survive otherwise as they will never give good clients to new joiners. No scope of professional growth within organisation. Experienced employees are treated as freshers. What was told and committed before joining wasn’t done or fulfilled after employee joins. There's no point of achieving YOY Targets when we get only 3-5% appraisal in the end. The rules applies to all irrespective of the individual's caliber and efficiency.

Dislikes

Poor Rewards and recognition. Everything goes to the team managers and Group heads. No perks to front liners.
