There's no point of achieving YOY Targets when we get only 3-5% appraisal in the end. The rules applies to all irrespective of the individual's caliber and efficiency.

Dislikes

Poor Rewards and recognition. Everything goes to the team managers and Group heads. No perks to front liners.
