As it's snacks n Namkeen based company here there is no more branded company compete in the mkt. I like it because with team can proceed towards development of individual territories.

Dislikes

There is no strong working culture base at the time of joining dt . I am trying to develop on the gap with supporting of management. Delay matter in every aspect is my dislike.

Work Details

Work not so satisfactory due to delay in decision making from management side within my 6 months working period now.
