During covid 19 pandemic financially supported by giving proper salary to us.

Every year no salary growth. Being as 3rd party Under HLL..Not getting HLL life care employee benefits.

Work Details

Under 3rd party it is average. But want to be as FTC Employee (HLL Lifecare employee) then it would the best.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

the company is is open innovation and readily adopts latest technology. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re hire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 10- 12 hours straight in a day i have to attend pt. attender & patient bill , reports and other outer reports.

Work Details

as long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be great learning experience.
