Nothing for loke in this company.
In this company Managers are blind as Dhitrastra. They only judge anyone on behalf of company FSCE. FSCE roll is company mistake. Need to terminate this post. After joining I have completed 4 quarters target. But my Manager did not confirm me, because my FSCE told him to do this. My FSCE belongs to muslim community. He gives negative feedback to company. No one review FSCE performance. He never stay in HQ town. Only 5-6 days work in whole month. But my manager did not take any action. Sayed qamar Rizvi is a black spot on company. His son is also working in this company with worst performance. His son got 2 or 3 transfer because of performance issues. Now his son confirm because of his father's buttering and connection with higher Authorities. Company need to cross check his son performance and know the reason of transfers.
