Here I only inhances my skill about work and manage , like how to deal with employees whether is it seniors or juniors. Here I get practical knowledge before it I only read or have theoretical knowledge but here I actual experience what is Mechanical things going on.

Growth is very slow here.

It did support good not say better but good i think in knockdown our employment put save i think it is better

There is no process of working so worker does not satisfied compaltely no manner of talking
