It is absolutely upon individuals how to adjuat with the large number of people at the same time. Co operation/mutual understanding makes this world a better place to live. Experience makes a lawyer successful and unless you are successful no body will give you brief to earn experienc, that is the main problem for each & every junior lawyer.
