It's good to work here with this company but as a department of M&R salary structure need to revise since my senior technicians salary almost meet my salary and need to fix some work issues . 1. Work balance : Flexible working hours is going sometimes good and sometimes bad like as a department of M&R always need to be available that is very tough to do since when what will happen we need think need to react immediately . Comparing other brands its good to work here 2.
