No Not At All, Any Of The Routines. Poor Quality of coffees selling to customers,(dark Roast) without any assistance base on their own standards. No proper Followed SOP by their own Incharges & HR.

Dislikes

No Communication Or 3C's is Followed from Ground To HR,👎👎👎👎 E.X. If i have been tranferrd to some other store from one branch to another, The bus Driver Comes & tell me that i have a transfer for Nxt Branch, Be ready for pick up in the morning 8am.. This is how the HR & ground Level team communicate with Us.👎👎👎👎👎
