I enjoy working here mainly because our boss is always there, ready to help out and guide us. it's cool that we get to lead our own projects, and they trust us to make things happen. Using the latest tech keeps the job fresh, and we're encouraged to try out new ideas, which is pretty awesome. The team vibe is great - there's no strict hierarchy, and everyone's ideas count, no matter where you are on the ladder.
