In hala mobility “I really enjoy all the people I work with. Collaboration is important to me, so it's been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. One of them is that there aren't a lot of paths upward in the company.

I enjoy working here mainly because our boss is always there, ready to help out and guide us. it's cool that we get to lead our own projects, and they trust us to make things happen. Using the latest tech keeps the job fresh, and we're encouraged to try out new ideas, which is pretty awesome. The team vibe is great - there's no strict hierarchy, and everyone's ideas count, no matter where you are on the ladder. Plus, the projects we dive into are genuinely interesting, so coming to work is fun.
