Salary time pe ati thi, medical insurance bhut acha tha, office ka infrastructure acha hai, meri reporting manager achi thi, bs reporting manager hi achi thi uske upar wale sab ##### the. 5 days working,

Ab aaram se btata hu, 1- Zero appreciation, mtlb aap apna dil bhi nikal ke rakh do to bhi Gaurav Kwatra aur Amit Sharma jaise leaders apko demotivate karke chale jaenge. 2- Zero job security, aap kitna bhi acha kaam karo regular ho punctual ho. But har saal inko downsizing karni hai aur jab inko nikalna hoga nikal denge. Mtlb ek saal kaam karo aur job dhudhna shuru kar do. 3- politics, hadd se jada politics. Mtlb aap soch nahi sakte yaha kitni politics hoti hai. 4- HR yaha ka itna ghatiya hai jiski tumne umeed nahi ki hogi, Hiring team achi hai par hr admin bhut ghatiya. Mohit Miyan, Smita bhatnagar, Rageini baat krne ki tamij nahi hai bilkul. 5- Aise hi kisi din randomly hr bulaega aur bolega ki le ek mahine ki salary pakad aur resign kr de. Gus is life-life balance company because there is no work. Planing a baby ,marriage or health issues join GUS. Utilise 365 days sick leave policy.

Dislikes

They won’t give appraisal, they give sweet poison to spoil your future as they don’t have work for any department except bpo sales, no learning no upskilling. Even if you are promoted to manager or sr. Manager or director you won’t get appraisal so forgot salary enjoy designation but no work or learning as per designation. They did layoff for nearly 45 people and misbehave with people on their last day even after these people gave good business, pathetic., Don’t waste your time here until unless you are sick planing baby or getting married to enjoy honeymoon period.
