I joined Guava Trees Softech Pvt Ltd on November 28, 2022, with the expectation of a three-month training period. However, the training was extended to eight months without valid reasons. Despite promises of being a part of the "GT family," the internal environment proved toxic and biased towards certain employees. The organization's management and senior staff failed to deliver on their assurances. The offered package of 2.8 LPA for a Junior Software Engineer role was below industry standards, adding financial strain to my situation. To make matters worse, I was terminated on July 21, 2023, without valid justification and have not received a relieving or experience letter. The organization attempted to manipulate its online reputation after receiving multiple negative reviews, highlighting their unscrupulous practices.
