Work culture is good and a bit flexible but majority of the time employees in the lower hierarchy end up working over time without any compensations.

Dislikes

Team leads and managers most of the time are having fun and fooling around while the associates and senior associates are overburdened by their tasks. There is no employee-employer growth mindset. The reports developed are all terrible and repeat clients are extremely rare due to poor quality. Simple google searches are conducted tomake reports, which can be easily done by a school student if given a longer time frame. Salaries are very low compared to the work. Policies are changed on the whim of the upper management while there is a discrepancy between policies for upper management and lower ones. Learning Opportunities - The company offers various training programs and workshops which can be beneficial for skill development and professional growth. Industry Exposure - Working at Grand View Research provides good exposure to the market research industry and a chance to work on diverse projects.

Dislikes

Management Issues - Communication with management can sometimes be challenging with feedback and concerns not always being addressed promptly or effectively Improper Work Life Balance - Despite flexible working hours, the demands if the job can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work life balance Workload and Stress - The workload can be overwhelming, especially during peak periods leading to high stress level and long working hours Stagnant and No Career Growth - Opportunities for advancement within the company can be limited, making it difficult for employee to see a clear career path No Appraisal and Increment - Salaries and benefits are not always competitive with industry standard with infrequent appraisals and increments contributing to dissatisfaction Grudges Between Teams - There can be conflicts and grudges between different teams which negatively impact the overall work environment and collaboration Improper Layoff - Layoffs can be handed poorly with little warning or explanation given to affected employees leading to sense of insecurity Sudden Changes in Office Policies - Frequent and sudden changes in office policies can create confusion and disrupt workflow, making it difficult for employee to adapt...Read More
