The stakeholder's are least bothered about your service to public. Hosenst working is least recognised. Politics always interferes. We have to mold as per political wish. Hard work in position is not at all recognised atpublic level as well as administrator. Trainings are scheduled very nicely but implemented poorly. Job secured , if you work or not. All are measured in single manner. Work environment needs to be improved a lot. Salary is satisfactory. Now pension is also satisfactory. Direct ta on pension needs to be abolished. I think there should be no contractual appointments. Placement and job security should be measured on one's performance. As refused serviceman I am satisfied.
