Too much work politics especially in the production. The seniors there adjust their juniors shift timings and holidays according to their preferences and needs. If they need holidays then you will have to sacrifice yours. No professionality. If you have been assigned any work then doesn't matter whether it gets completed during yourshift hours you have to do it even after that and you won't even get overtime payment for extra hours. Then management needs to understand that the juniors are also employees. Seniors just do whatever they want to do.
